Book the Conference Room

Follow these 2 steps to book and pay for your reservation

Step 1: Select Your Date & Time Below

Choose your desired date using the calendar below and enter the required information

Please remember, all bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance

Step 2: Complete Your Booking

Click "Conference Room Rental" and proceed to check out to complete your reservation.

Your booking is not confirmed until payment is completed.

Table and chair rentals available to book below.

Booking Information and Guidelines

Available Times:

The Conference Room is available to book in 2 hour time slots starting at 6:00 AM.
The final slot is at 8:00 PM. The building closes at 10:00 PM so you must be out of the room and locked up by that time.
Please be sure to allow yourself time to tidy up the room before you time is through.

Important Guidelines:

Clean up: Please ensure that all trash is disposed of in the provided bins. Wipe down and clean the tables after use. Leave the room in the same condition you found it.
Turn Off Lights: Ensure that all lights are turned off before leaving the facility.
Lock Up: Make sure that all doors are securely locked before you leave.
