Development Director

Allison Field

Allison Field grew up in NW Washington in the Puget Sound area. She eventually moved to Prairie City to fight fire. She has lived in Grant County for 18 years and is invested in her community. Allison holds a degree in Natural Resources from Oregon State University and has worked in economic and community development for four years. She has a diverse professional background ranging from finance and teaching to natural resources and wildlife science. As an artist herself, she was involved with the art center since the beginning in 2018 and became a board member, prior to holding her current position as the Development Director. In her role, she has helped raise over $1 million dollars in funds for operations, capital projects, staff, and youth programs. As the Development Director, Allison she has been responsible for grant writing, fundraising, event planning, developing the board operational policies, and marketing.
