Book the Elizabeth Urbick Community Hall


Follow these 2 steps to book and pay for your reservation


Step 1:  Select Your Date & Time Below

Choose your desired date using the calendar below and enter the required information

Please remember, all bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance

Step 2: Complete Your Booking

Click "Community Hall Rental" for the appropriate time and proceed to check out to complete your reservation.

Your booking is not confirmed until payment is completed.


Table and chair rentals available to book below.


Booking Information and Guidelines

Available Times:

  • We have morning and afternoon/evening time slots available
  • You can book from 6:00 AM-12:00 PM or 1:00 PM-10:00 PM
  • If you'd like the entire day or multiple days, simply book more that one calendar slot and add the correct number of 1/2 Day Rentals to your cart


Hall Features:

  • Full basketball court for sports and recreation
  • Stage with lights and a curtain for performances or events


Additional Rentals:

  • Chairs and tables are available to rent for your event. You can purchase these through the store item located at the bottom of this page.
  • We also have concession equipment available to rent. Click on the store item to see what's included.

 Important Guidelines:

  • Clean up: You are responsible for sweeping the floor, putting all chairs away, and emptying the garbage after your event.
  • Turn Off Lights: Ensure that all lights are turned off before leaving the facility.
  • Lock Up: Make sure that all doors are securely locked before you leave.
