Library & Music Room


Follow these 2 steps to book and pay for your reservation


Step 1:  Select Your Date & Time Below

Choose your desired date using the calendar below and enter the required information

Please remember, all bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance

Step 2: Complete Your Booking

Click "Library/ Music Room Rental" and proceed to check out to complete your reservation.

Your booking is not confirmed until payment is completed.


Booking Information and Guidelines

Available Times:

  • The Library & Music Room is available to book in 2 hour time slots starting at 6:00 AM.
  • The final slot is at 8:00 PM. The building closes at 10:00 PM so you must be out of the room and locked up by that time.
  • Please be sure to allow yourself time to tidy up the room before you time is through.

Room Features:

  • Full-size piano
  • Desk for writing or schoolwork
  • Large window that fills the space with natural light
  • A quiet, inspiring space for Zoom meetings, research, or creative projects


Important Guidelines:

  • Clean Up: Please make sure to dispose of all trash properly before you leave.
  • Supervision: Children must not be left unattended in the room for safety reasons.
  • Instrument Care: Handle the piano and any other instruments with care to maintain the quality of the room for all users.
