This class has been postponed due to a schedule conflict. Look for updates in the fall.

Have you ever wanted to take your grandma's favorite recipes and put them into a cookbook? Traveled to Italy or Thailand and dying to create a cookbook based on your travels? Just want to share your enthusiasm for cooking? This class will teach you how to correctly formulate a recipe, what to include in your cookbook and what not to; how to market and sell your cookbook and how to get a publisher interested. There will also be a basic class in food photography. This is a 4 part class.

This class is for ages 12 and up.

Supplies Needed:

Recipes and a vague idea of what you want to do.

Something to write with, laptop, pen and paper, etc.

Registration will be automatically canceled if a payment is not made within 15 minutes of registration.
